Good Jerk Chicken in Stone Mountain

You have to drum grill jerk over wood only after it is properly marinated in peppers and seasoning spices so I have found a new restaurant JJ Jamaican it is on highway 78 near east park place the jerk is the best I have eaten in some time and the portions are good, I haven't gotten to the other dishes yet but will be trying them soon

I have spent time in the mountains of Jamaica as a youth teaching and have had some excellent real Jamaican Jerk so I really hate to go to some of the "Caribbean Restaurants " popping up all over that cook their chicken in the oven.

I will have to try it. Anything cooked over wood is going to interest me. Charcoal with wood chunks is a close second.
