Private room for a Sunday luncheon?

I'm planning a party with around 30 guests. I'm looking for a restaurant with a private room & nice ambience. Any ideas?

      I'd prefer UES, but I know choices are limited. The guests are women - late 20s to mid 40s. Cuisine- open, but no sushi or Indian. Price- would prefer under $30 pp.
