Where to buy Guanciale in the Cleveland area?

Does someone know a place where I can buy Guanciale in the Cleveland area? I'd like to try making Sugo all'amatriciana (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sugo_all%27amatriciana).

I looked into some online retailers but they are either way too expensive or just sell in massive quantities... like

and

Thanks :-)

I don't know for sure, but I would think that there must be someone in the West Side Market who has it, probably one of the Italian places.
Online, Zingerman's in Ann Arbor usually has it, but I assume that would fall into your "way to expensive" category.
I'm going to try making some this winter (as lyn suggests): apparently you want weather that is cold but not below freezing. So the best time to make it is in the next month or in early March, depending.

have you thought of making it? It might be one of the easier Charcuterie to make.http://www.babbonyc.com/in-guanciale.html

DW Whitikers http://www.dwmeats.com/ at the west side market can get you fresh pork cheek.

Maybe you could contact Galluchi's to see if they have any ideas. http://www.gustgallucci.com/
