The Meat House is great about special orders. they ordered alligator tail for me and it was delicious. to eclectioceater- i think they have bell & evans there as well. and i think the majority of the proteins are all natural, grass fed, organic, etc. yummmmmmmmm

Try The Meat House in Costa Mesa. IF they don't stock it, the'll order you anything you need in the way of meat. Other full service butchers in this part of town are Promeli's Market and Celestino's Meats, both down the street from Meat House.

You can also call on Whole Foods Market, Gelson's, or Bristol Farms, as well as any number of Asian markets in Irvine, Westminster, and Garden Grove. The Asian markets will usually stock them in their frozen meats section.
