Pollo Asado al Carbon - Where can I get this in Spokane?
A favorite childhood memory involves eating pollo asado al carbon from El Pollo Asado - a short-lived chain in TX. I've googled and it doesn't seem like this company exists anymore - killed off by KFC and El Pollo Loco.
Anybody know where I can find Pollo Asado al Carbon in Spokane?
As an aside, El Pollo Asado use to have this wonderful mayo-based macaroni salad that would also bring the nostalgia full circle. Any ideas or rec's? Doesn't even seem authentic - i've not had very many mayo-based anything in Mexican restaurants.
