Can anyone suggest a restaurant that serves a great Paella?

Thanks.

Julian Serrano in Aria. Whether it is great, good or mediocre doesn't matter. It's the only restaurant that serves paella now that Cafe Baba Reba closed.

It is mediocre at best. And it says it is for two yet I could polish off the whole thing easily. Got the seafood paella and the seafood was nothing special either. I would pass and stick with the smaller dishes at Julian Serrano.

Actually, Seablue @ MGM Grand has a paella on its menu that is pretty good. It's not the top restaurant in Michael Mina's stable, but I'm getting sick of seeing his lobster pot pie on every single menu he crafts. Seablue is a decent dining experience.

Although it's not on the strip, Firefly is not too far off the beaten track and their Paella is goodt. It has a bit more rice crunch than the Seablue which is not bad either although I wouldn't say that either are the greatest versions of Paella. Believe it or not I had a Paella in San Antonio, TX that was better!
