Where to buy chow fun noodles in midtown?
I'm looking for broad rice noodles (chow fun/sen yai) to cook at home. I've only seen the rice noodles for pad thai, not the really wide ones. Is there anywhere in midtown to purchase? Thanks.

Ok, how about anywhere besides Chinatown? Fresh, dried or frozen.

I have bought Fresh Chow Fun Noodles from Kong Kee Food Corps before. The ladies who operate the food stand (the stand is part of Kong Kee ) right outside of the store usually carry them and they are sold in plastic bags.
Address is:
240 Grand St., corner of Grand St. and Bowery St.
New York, NY 10002

Thanks Bearmi, I actually bought from those ladies the other day. Wish I had purchased more, but figured they won't store very well in fridge or freezer. Now I just wish there was a more convenient place to buy the noodles so I can have them more often.
