Free birthday stuff

I was thinking that it would be fun to hit a bunch of places in DC/Nova which give free drinks/apps/desserts. Does anyone have any suggested places to go?

Famous Dave's (BBQ - opinions vary of course, several locations) will give you a free dessert on your birthday. I like the bread pudding. They'll do it discretely, or send out a parade of waitstaff banging on garbage can lids (used for serving their Family Platters) and put a sparkler in your dessert.
