Bake Sale (on Kingsway in Etobicoke)

Saw this place advertised in the Toronto Star today. The website looks very delicious. Has anyone been there yet?

They've been around 4-5 years. Never ben disappointed.

They're located around the Royal York/Kingsway & Bloor area in Toronto (not in Haileybury)

If you like cupcakes you really must try Swirls, we went to the one on Dundas St. W. on the weekend and everyone said the cupcakes were the best they ever tasted in Toronto.

Made it to Swirls a few days ago, they were ok, will post a review with pictures.

I was there perhaps four or five years ago. The treats were quite good, and the selection was full of homey, comforting things... squares, cookies, cupcakes. If it's anything like it was, it's well worth checking out.

I agree that this is a very "homey" type of bake shop. It's not fancy stuff, just a lot of squares, bars, cookies that are like homemade, e.g. hello dolly squares, pecan bars, lemon squares, etc.. Hits the spot for when a sweet craving strikes.

Thanks full tummy and bunnylicious, their website looks very simple, yet, tasty! I'm a cupcake crazed baker, so always want to taste other baker's treats!
