If you have a car, definately check out Maraya at Sabrina's - it's about a 15 minute drive from Disney.
You can see the string of posts regarding the restaurant at

Well, if you're from NYC, then you gotta get off property to find something even in the ballpark of your standards - except Victoria and Albert's - great experience but very formal - kinda like a Le Bernadin experience. If you are willing to drive, places to try include Wa, Ravenous Pig, Luma on Park, K, and for a real FL experience venture to Lee & Rick's. You will also get better Vietnamese food here than in NYC, so head downtown for cheap fare a Lac Viet, Little Saigon or Pho 88. And if you really want to embrace something different and fun because you're not in NYC and don't have to be cool, get a big group together and take a taxi to Taverna Opa or Cafe Tu Tu Tango - it's more about the experience than the food, but if you drink enough it's a lot of fun.

Do you have a way to get off of disney property?
If not and your stuck in the Disney Area I would suggest Jiko It is the african inspired restaurant in the Animal Kingdom lodge.
Other places you may like in that area are
Victoria and Alberts and California Grill-----

If you will have a car, I would definitely recommend Columbia Restaurant in Celebration. It was about 15 minutes from Disney area. We were at Disney the week before last and we really enjoyed the food at Columbia. If you go to Downtown Disney area, we had dinner at Raglan Road and that was good too, but Columbia was very, very good. I found both of these places by doing some research on this board...there is definitely Orlando information if you do a search.
