8 of us met there Thurs. eve prior to a concert. We only wished we'd had 30 more minutes to enjoy dinner. We'll plan accordingly next time.

5 people shared every appetizer on the menu...and they all got rave reviews. The spot prawns were perfect, the mussels in tomato broth were divine, those asparagus fries and that dipping sauce, well...GULP. There was a crab something...sorry..I didn't eat it but they gobbled it down as well as the calamari. We had ordered first...and I got the poached sturgeon. I could have died a happy woman. Cooked perfectly..like butter! A citrus crunch salad with it and rice. The tilapia was also perfectly grilled and those mashed potatoes...oh my!

I wish I could go into more detail...but it was all wonderful. We had to hurry though..and I won't make that mistake again at that wonderful place.! BTW...the service was also spot on! Tlhe portions were what portions should look like.....it's not a huge ugly plate of too much food!!

Get the Mudhouse Sauv Blanc. A very light and fruity wine..but not sweet. We kept saying.."it almost feels like champagne when it first hits the palate". Go extra early and shop a block down at Miss Tawicks garden and gift shop. A fabulous find. Kind of kitty corner down the street.

  1. Glad you liked. Even though I now live hundreds and hundreds of miles away, it is on my favorite restaurant list.
