Berlin/Germany -- Döner kebab sauces.. what ARE they?

What are the three sauces that every döner vendor uses?

The spicy red one, the garlic one, and white one...

What's IN them?

I'm curious, but I also want to make them.

    Well, the spicy one should be easily created with some harrissa, the garlic one is made with yogurt, and the white one is tahine sauce. I'm sure there are recipes on the interwebs. Have you tried google?

      Yeah, but I don't know the German names so it makes it tough -- "Berlin, Döner, sauces" "Germany, Döner, sauces", etc "Döner red garlic white" saucen, etc etc etc didn't turn up anything.

        try 'scharfe sauce döner', 'knoblauchsauce', and sesam sauce or such. that might work.
