What are the three sauces that every döner vendor uses?
The spicy red one, the garlic one, and white one...
What's IN them?
I'm curious, but I also want to make them.

Well, the spicy one should be easily created with some harrissa, the garlic one is made with yogurt, and the white one is tahine sauce. I'm sure there are recipes on the interwebs. Have you tried google?
