Bread Baking Supplies in Montreal??? Couche/Bannetons

What about a simple stainless loaf pan? I've seen lots of aluminum, and aluminized steel, but where are the straight up stainless?

Just found the couches myself. They have them at Vixit at 290 Henri-Bourassa ouest. 514 331-5028. I asked and they have bannetons also. Good luck.
