Chichen Itza catering?

Has anyone had experience with Chichen Itza catering? I'm considering them for my wedding in August and I'd just like to hear whether or not their catering is as good as the food from their restaurant.

If you actually hired them for a wedding yourself, could you give me feedback on how their service was?

Thanks!

We sometimes use Chichen Itza catering for lunch at my firm. Food is good and they are reliable and clean. I think they would be a great choice for a wedding

Same here! We use them for our events at work and everyone always raves. I almost hired them for my own wedding (We had a wonderful meeting and everything), but sady the local didn't work out.

Woah... They usually send me e-mails but I hadn't seen anything about this!! What people don't realize is that Tortas in Merida are TOTALLY breakfast food!!! In fact, our christmas breakfast every year is Tortas de Cochinita...

This totally makes my day, and I already had a good day because on a trip to Tortillera La Azteca, I saw some REAL progress on the Gallos Grill Location! Boards are down, new paint and fictures and all sorts of activity going on inside!!

I will for sure check it out next weekend and report back! :)

Suckling Pig?!? In easy to order portions too! Oh yeah, need to check this out soon. We'll have to head over as soon as we finish our Farmer's market shopping.

We've enjoyed their pibil, brazo de reina, platanos, and moros y cristianos (black beans & rice). They also have a good mixed green salad available with a lime/cilantro type dressing

We use them for strictly Yucatecan cooking (We use La Casita/Loteria for more standard Mexican stuff). So the Salbutes, the Cochinita Pibil, The Jicima Salad that Ernie mentione is also delish!
