Razor clams @T&T and Yaohan

Newly in at $7 / lb, crunchy sweet and delicious. Not available very often, and only last a few days till they die. Give the syphon a squeeze to make sure they are still kicking, and squeeze the whole clam to make it expel any water. No point paying $7 /lb for saltwater.

Oh I love razor clam espeically with black bean sauce. The ones in HK are the best I've had.
