Olympia Farmers Market
I am meeting my mom at the Olympia Farmer's Market for a belated mother's day celebration next Saturday. I would appreciate recommendations for brunch/lunch places in the vicinity, preferably within walking distance. Thanks.

Aw, I'm sorry there weren't timely responses to your post. For future reference - there ARE walkable brunch/lunch places there - Budd Bay Cafe does a large brunch and it's on the water. Anthony's is right nearby, but it's, well, Anthony's. If you're really good walkers, go to Cicada's at the corner of 4th and Chestnut - imaginative and quite good, worth the walk or very short drive. Good, more hippy style but also very nice quality is Sage's Brunch House on Rogers, on the west side, at the intersection of Rogers and Brawne, near the coop. Hope you had a great time with your mom - it's always a good time to have an extra mother's day celebration!
