Planters Flavor Grove Almonds

I think it's a fluke- a Chili Lime almond that doesn't taste like paint thinner and hate? I grabbed a bag and did not heed the suggested serving size. I'm afraid to buy another one and realize that it was just a one and done. They will find some way to ruin them, especially if I profess my love for them (look what happened to my Lady Stella cookies)

I tried the sea salt and olive oil flavored variety and they tasted stale to me too and a bit too oily.

I got a good chuckle out of that.

I haven't tried these but somehow the thought of chili and lime together on almonds leaves me a bit cold. I will set aside my misgivings, though and see if I can find a small package for testing. I'll get back to you.

I tried Planters Pistachio Grove mix.... yuck. The nuts tasted stale and flavorless.
