Pollo la Brasa (K-town) is expanding

I appologize if this is old information, but one of my favorite lunch places, Pollo la Brasa has broken ground and is expanding. At the 8th and Western location, the prior car wash is now ruble and constuction has begun. I'm told there will be a more "plush" sit down space and an expansion of the kitchen. I've eaten here weekly for nearly 12 years, take out almost exclusively. Looking forward to a new environment where I can relax while enjoying the best rotisserie chicken ever!

Hmm, maybe they'll finally get a public health rating above a C this time. Oh, they have the occasional B, but the rest of the time it's a C.

The real question is, how did they get the Russians to buy the car wash?

I, too, am delighted to hear of the expansion, though there was something rather chaotically gezellig about the place.

I will admit some trepidation that quality will suffer with expansion as is so often the case. OTH, they do seem to have a lock-down on their product...I've had it scores of times and the quality has never varied an iota
