Jacques Torres does a nice one but I believe it's an entire slice of preserved orange, not just the peel.

The Leonidas one is not to be sneered at. My mother-in-law loves it.

        Teuscher. No question about it.

excellent idea. thanks. Leonidas was a surprise suggestion. I am not a fan of their truffles which is the only thing I have had from them .Teuscher it is. Love Chowhound!

I don't like their truffles either but some of their other chocolates are very good indeed. The peel is exceptional. Have not tried Teuscher yet but will, inevitably.
