Hey Hounds,
Need some help...I LOVE the Bittersweet Chocolate Cake (loaf style) and I'm wanting to make it myself.

Ingredients:
Water, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, canola oil, wine vinegar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.

Anyone have any ideas of a recipe I can start with?

Thanks,
Allie

Here's one that uses all those ingredients, although it lists white vinegar you could easily use wine vinegar instead.

The recipe also calls for an 8" square baking pan, whereas you mentioned a loaf pan. If you want to bake it as a loaf, you may need to make some substitutions regarding quantities and baking times. You might want to try it in a square pan first, just to see if the flavor is somewhat like what you are looking for. Here's a link that might help you with the pan size substitution

Housewolf...PERFECT! That was a wacky cake that Market Hall is selling.

      Thanks!

That sounds very like an Amazon Chocolate Cake baked in a loaf pan. There are many recipes available on the internet for it.
