Anyone seen these around Toronto lately?

Fiesta Farms had them a few weeks ago and they looked decent.

I didn't particularly care for this year's crop. Not sure if it was a bad season for the crops or if the Meyer has now become so trendy it's too scarce for us mere plebes to source. Either way I don't think you missed much. Better luck next year.

They had dozens of them at the produce stores near Danforth and Logan and they were usually 10 for $2. I felt they were easier to find this year. What didn't you like about them?

I was a little unclear. I meant good ones were scarce. They all looked like runts and didn't have the pop of previous crops.

They were everywhere until about a month ago, and way cheaper than ever before, like $2.99 a pound. Looks like they've finally reached a critical mass. But the season's pretty much over now. Maybe you can find some very soft (but still good for juicing and the zest) on Roncesvalles, at the organic produce store near Garden Ave.

I think I just saw them at The Big Carrot on the Danforth last week. You could call and ask if they are still around.

They disappeared from the stores around Logan and Danforth over 2 weeks ago. I bought about 20 and stored them in my refrigerator so I'm still good for a few more weeks.
