Best Steak Tartare in the 6eme?

I am aware of the best in Paris thread, but I am looking for best in my neighborhood. If you know any great places in the 6eme, please, do tell.

If you must stay in the 6th, then I suppose it's La Rotonde; on the cheap, you could try Bouillon Racine. I don't think either rank in the top tier, but it's your criteria. There are lots of posts on this subject, here and elsewhere.
