Agata & Valentina, on UES, for squid ink linguine. If you happen to be in NJ, the Millburn Whole Foods sometimes has it available as well.

I've seen black squid ink pasta in the Fairway market in Paramus, NJ. They probably have it in their NY locations as well. Tho' it is packaged, not freshly made.

I checked Fairway for the same item last week (along with Buon Italia, Despana, Di Palo and local chains). The only place I was able to find squid ink pasta, dried or fresh, was Milano on the UES.

I guess then it's not carried in all Fairways.

Here's a list of web sites where it's available online. However, I see Dean and DeLuca has it online but not sure if they have it in their store.

          Good luck in your search.

You can try Russo's on 11th Street next to Veniero's.

Rafetto's has excellent fresh squid ink linguini. Borgatti's on Arthur Ave. has very good dried linguini. A & V used to have very good dried squid ink spaghetti but they stopped carrying it. Their house made is tasteless.
