Sugggestions for best fish restaurant in Madrid, specifics on El Pescador (has it re-opened?), Pan de Lujo, Sergi Arola Bastro, best tapas with a room where you can sit. Does non-touristic flamenco, where you don't have to eat, exist?

El Pescador is still closed. I strongly recommend Casa Rafa for top quality seafood, superb shellfish! Grilled or baked rodaballo (turbot), very good ensaladilla (Russian salad) and excellent cured ham as well.

My fav classic tapas restaurant is "El Quinto Vino" at Calle Hernani 48. Nearest subway stop: Nuevos Ministerios. Recs: croquetas, berenjenas con salmorejo and albóndigas de novillo. Large array of wines.

For trendy tapas and excellent array of wines head to Taberna Matritum at Calle Cava Alta 17. Nearest subway stop: La Latina.
You don't have to eat in these flamenco bars: "La Soleá" at Calle Cava Baja 27. Professional and amateur singers. Please, don't clap. Liven up time: 12midnight. "Cardamomo" at Calle Echegaray 15. Shows at 9pm, Saturday at 8pm &10pm.
