I only know of Mr. Colicchio from an occasional appearance on PBS, the news rags on food, and of course Craft in LA. Our home is still BC (Before Cable) so the whole "Top Chef" series has completely escaped me, but I digress... Great job and congrats to Mr. Colocchio!
