Going to Vancouver for three days!

The Eatery - 3431 West Broadway - A hip restaurant with many fusion rolls. Try the volcano roll.

Sun Sui Wah - 3888 Main Street - Best Chinese Restaurant in town with delicious king Alaskan crab

Joe Fortes - 777 Thurlow Street - Fresh Seafood downtown

Miku -1050 W Hastings St - Japanese restaurant that specializes in aburi. The twilight cast was spotted there

The Eatery -- 3431 West Broadway -- Authentic sushi and noodle bowls in the heart of swingin' Kitsilano. Rub shoulders with the locals and enjoy the kitschy, fun decorations in this local institution. Domo arigato me later, when you're enjoying the best sushi in the city.

Boston Pizza -- 50-8100 Ackroyd Road, Richmond, BC -- Great, authentic Boston-style pizza and other Italian-American classics (love the baked spaghetti), great portions. If you're willing to drive out to Richmond, this is the best location. The gals there are quite easy on the eyes, too.

Mongolie Grill -- 467 West Broadway -- They don't call it Hongcouver for nothin'! You simply cannot leave this jewel of the Pacific Rim without getting your chopsticks into some authentic Chinese cuisine (don't worry, they also have forks, for you tourists! I kid, I kid). At this self-serve restaurant you can enjoy an authentic taste of Mongolia without buying a plane ticket for Ulan Bator. It's up to you, but I recommend a little beef, a little broccoli, and extra pad thai sauce.

PS. Hint to new posters to Chowhound - we have an incredible wealth of information on these boards from a lot of friendly posters. However, browse recent posts to get an idea of what's discussed in the city and maybe give us a few more hints as to what you like to eat and then we can talk recommendations. There are a lot of restaurants in this city.
