I third the recommendation for Sea Salt. At least in my experience it seems to be one of the most consistently good restaurants in the Bay Area. We went a few weeks ago for the first time in a while and it blew us away. I meant to write up a review about our meal but time got away from me. When we go we tend order a bunch of the small plates and eat tapas style.
