Does anybody have a good recipe for salmon burgers made with fresh salmon? I'm looking for something that I can cook on a stovetop rather than a grill.
And while I'm at it, what's a good accompanying side dish other than fries?

oh, and for a side dish,. it really depends on how you flavor the burger and what vegetables you like...anything from a nice green salad to roast asparagus or sauteed spinach could work. maybe even broccoli rabe with garlic & crushed red chile flakes...?
