bread flour
I,m thinking about grinding my own flour for bread. Any suggestions for grinders or where to get the grain in or around Montreal??

I have been milling my own flour for a little over a year now. My recommendation is to stop before you get into it... after you taste bread made with fresh milled flour you will never go back. But if you insist on making the best tasting (and arguably most nutritious) bread ever, I would check out the little bakery on (I think) esplanade and (definitely) bernard --I can't for the life of me remember the name.
