Morels, stinky cheese, and such
I'll be visiting my family in Edmonds and Kent for Mothers Day and usually go by Central Market in Shore Line to see whats good. Last time I bought a piece of Vento d'Estate and Lomo to eat on the plane ride back and my wife wouldn't let me unwrap the cheese 'till we got home. It was worth the wait. Anyway....I understand morels will be in season, want to get some more offensive cheese and cured meats.....and wondering what else I'm missing ?
