Asian food courts - that ONE great dish
I sense a great topic brewing from flowbee and fmed's latest comments on street food and the need to specialize by doing ONE dish very well.
What's the ONE great dish you'd recommend when visiting respective Asian food court stalls?
I will start by heartily seconding one of DylanK's recommendations:
Braised pork in baked bread ( 肉夹馍 - roujiamo), Xian Xiaochi, Richmond Public Market

Great suggestions! I would add a few:
Xinjiang style lamb nan at Xin Jiang Delicious food in RPM
Chicken wings at Wo Fung Dessert in Aberdeen CentreTotally agree on the roujiamo at Xian Cuisine in RPM, the cumin lamb roujiamo at Want Want, the XLB at Wang's, and the Guizhou Beef Noodles (l like the one with tendons too) at Huaxi.

The roujiamo (jiangrou kaobing) at Tianjin Flavours ("O'Tray) at President Plaza
The Chinese Crepe (jianbing) at Tianjin Flavours (OK...that's two for them...but deservedly so! I can add a few more from this stall and they would all make the top five. Can you tell it's my new favourite stall?)
The XLB at Wang's in Crystal Mall
The cumin/lamb roujiamo at Want Want Hot and Spicy at Cyrstal Mall
Guizhou Beef Noodles at Huaxi Noodle Specialist at Crystal Mall›13 Replies-

re: fmed
Name changed to 津京有味, forget the English newname. Your friendly lady is gone, new people behind the counter (also friendly, though), and revamp of space to emphasize steamtray things (ehhhh) (guys, you can leave baozi sitting out all day, okay?).
Also, the cartoonmascotted and tragically mediocre 卤至深 has been replaced with a Taiwan beef noodle place that is OKAY! (but will probably get better) and has a deep collection of Taiwanese/"northern Chinese" dishes for order (that menu is mysteriously only in Chinese).
