fiddleheads?

What do I with fiddleheads? I think I'm supposed to par boil them. I don't know please help.

      yup..def need to par boil. I havn't had them for a long while...but growing up Mum used to just boil them then put a bit of vinegar on them. Done. Though these days i would probably do a quick boil and then sautee. MMMM...fiddleheads....dang it...now im going to have to go find some!

        I agree, boil then toss in a pan with butter.

          I just toss them in a pan with olive oil and a little salt...I never parboil and they taste fine.
