Has anyone ever taken one? Are they really hands on -- small courses? Any other recommendations for day cooking classes/workshops in Paris? Thanks in advance!

We booked a cooking workshop at Nomiya. They are available for either lunch or dinner, class size is restricted to 12. No idea how they compare to any other class. We were actually trying to book lunch or dinner at Nomiya but when we figured that our chances were virtually nil, decided on the class instead.
