Does this exist in SD: tea service, Gong Fu style?

cgfan May 1, 2010 06:52 PM

I'd like to learn more about the Gong Fu Cha method of preparing tea, and was hoping that fellow CH'ers might know of a place in San Diego that is serious enough to serve tea in this fashion. Perhaps as an alternative a knowledgeable store that sells Gong Fu teaware. I'm looking to maximize on the experience of using some wonderful Tie Guan Yin Oolong, and would think that the Gong Fu method would be the best fit.

LOL! Thanks jbol for the lead, and thanks hye for noticing the hours. I first had the impression that they were by appointment only and didn't see that they had limited, though regular, hours...
