Pizza

Pizza was great one of the best I ever had. But next time I would get it to go. The place has no bathrooms. I stopped in on my way from NY to Philly. And had to use the bathroom before I got on the road again. And they said sorry we don't have any. I thought this was odd.

  1. But it is awsome tomato pie. Crisp and thin

Recently, I purchased four pies to go to bring back to Northern New Jersey.

      Clam
      Pepperoni
      Sausage
      Plain Cheese

I tried a slice of each one before I got on the road. All were very good fresh , but the Clam Pie was not in the league of Frank Pepe's, and none of them travel well.

      1. Next time, go to their new restaurant at 2350 US Highway 33 Robbinsville, NJ 08691. They're the same owners and have a bathroom. Also, it might be easier for you to get to since it's off of Rt. 130.

        1. You have to love the fact that they have been open for so long that they have been grandfathered and do not have to have a bathroom.

My favorites are the sausage and sweet pepper, as well as the clam pie. Both are delightful and delectible! As Tom Del said below, check out their newer Robbinsville location. Same great pizza's for the most part, with salads, and a bathroom! Another couple years of getting the ovens seasoned, and their pies will rival Hundson Streets. For now, they are pretty darn close though!
