so turkish street festival tomorrow near my neighborhood. what foods should i be looking for? willing to try anything. what's your favorite?

(spelling and pronunciation?) borek, pides, zucchini/eggplant/chickpea fritters.

there's a large Turkish population in OKC? I'll have to remember that the next time I head out I-44....

thank you! ended up missing it because of rain. the afternoon called for a nap rather than grazing. i'm not sure how large a population there is. there are 10 to 12 very worthwhile restaurants listed as "mediterranean" as a general description that include greek, moroccan, etc. but nothing showing up under turkish in particular.
