Cooking classes for Jam or Jelly

I am looking for a class in making jams or jellies. I am in the Mt. Hood area but will travel to PDX for a good class.

Just saw this request--maybe it will help for our next harvest.

PCC teaches canning/preserving classes in the summer at various locations.
OSU Extension Service might have information about where to take classes, as well.

Have you checked Mt. Hood Community College classes?
