Best Korean Restaurant in NYC for JaJamyuen handpulled noodles

Hello:

I was in Seoul for three weeks and was totally amazed on the quality of their culinary stock.
Is there anywhere in NYC that I can find that dedication? I'm especially looking for hand made noodles used in JaJamyuen and other great Korean dishes.

I get my jajangmyun fix at Hyo Dong Gak in K-Town. Not mind-blowing, but adequately priced and delicious and does the job.

I must warn you, 99% of Korean restaurants in NYC will disappoint you if you compare them to those in Seoul ;)
