Need a nice place to eat in northern Westchester

I would love a recommendation for a nice restaurant in northern Westchester county to send my brother and sister-in-law as a thank you. They're not adventurous eaters (think American/Continental cuisine, no Asian), and not big drinkers either (maybe 1 glass of wine or beer each). Would like to keep it to $100 total, including tip. Any recommendations most appreciated - someone mentioned Bistro 22 in Bedford. Anyone been there? I don't think Crabtree Kittle House is in our budget. Thanks for any feedback!!

Lexington Square in Mt. Kisco is good, not too adventurous or expensive, but feels kinda "special." The Flying Pig in Mt Kisco is also good and very American (farm to table). For something slightly more interesting, Via Vanti! (also is Kisco) has good northern Italian fare.
Also, The Heights Bistro in Yorktown Heights is quite good, nice atmosphere, and reasonable prices. And I third Peter Pratt's in Yorktown Height (great patio if the weather is nice).

I also like Zephs in Peekskill or maybe Julianna's in Cortlandt Manor, I was going to say that you may be able to get a full meal at Kittle House (minus drinks) but everytime I go to their website it goes crazy on me, I have even called in the past to tell the problem but I guess they never fixed it. Maybe it's my computer.

Le Jardin du Roi in Chappaqua. Excellent food and service, Paris Bistro/retro environment. And if the weather's good, you can dine in a beautiful garden.

What about Grappolo in Chappaqua or Flames in Briarcliff?

I love Vox in North Salem. Their steak au poivre is to die for. And i haven't been in about two years, but Peter Pratt's in Yorktown Heights might be worth looking into.

I thought of Peter Pratt's also, but may be more $$; I concur with Zeph's being a great choice.

I disagree, we've had a few excellent meals at Peter Pratt's and are not "blue-haired regulars"--anyway, "blue haired" people have to eat too...

Zephs' in Peekskill is a favorite on this board. It's quiet, romantic, and the food is wonderful (but simple). I think you could do it for under 100 if they're not big drinkers.
