CrockPot Ribs - Mexican

I know, I know...in a crockpot? I'm having a Cinco De Mayo celebration and wanted to serve Mexican Ribs....because of timing, I wanted to do them in a crockpot (first baking in the oven). Does anyone have a recipe that could be adapted and used for this idea?

Thanks!

Please tell us if you mean pork ribs or beef short ribs?

Pork works well with tomatillos and green chiles.
I did quick web search on 'costillas' (ribs) and quickly found this ribs in 'salsa verde' recipe.
