Silverbrook Farm CSA Opinions?
I've seen a lot of posts about various CSAs - redfire, stillman's, brookfield, food project -- but I haven't seen much about Silverbrook. Can anyone give me some thoughts on their CSA? I like that they mix in some cheese, eggs, and even jam and honey, and the home delivery is quite nice (though I realize it makes it more expensive for the amount of food you get). Has anyone who has joined their CSA give me some thoughts?
