On the water - LI Sound between Greenwich-New Rochelle???

Looking for a recommendation of a good restaurant on the water from Greenwich to NY for a Mother's Day lunch. Been asked and can't think of one...

    L'Escale in Greenwich is on the sound. Not cheap.

      FISH in Portchester and Mamma Francesca in New Rochelle are good.

      Seaside Johnny's in Rye is on the water, but I've seen negative reviews of it.

      If you want river views, X20 is not just good, it's outstanding.

          Just want to point out that while FISH is on the "water", it is up on a little bluff and overlooks the the Byram River near its mouth. I don't think you will get a panoramic view of the Sound, if that's what you're looking for.

          But when I went a couple of years ago, the food was very nice.
