Mother's Day Brunch with baby in stroller

Hello,
We are looking for a nice place to have mother's day brunch (continental or French bistro/cafe) to go with a baby. She will only be two months old so it has to be a place that can accommodate a stroller. We are hoping to find a place that won't be too loud. We live on the UES but are willing to travel.
