Hurry Curry of Tokyo - Sawtelle Blvd.
This is a fairly regular stop for us, (maybe once a month) and I always get the Chicken Cutlet Curry (pounded chicken breast - breaded and fried) with spicy curry with vegetables. I don't know if I overlooked it before, (or, if in fact it's newish) but last night I saw that they now offered "fried chicken" and curry. This is not quite chicken age, which tends to have a much thicker breading, but consists of fairly big "bite" sized pieces of quite good fried chicken (which seemed quite juicy and flavorful). No bones of course. Not at all bad and may become my new "go to" dish here.

A few weeks ago, my Lovely Tasting Assistant™ (who perpetually craves Japanese curry) and I tried Hurry Curry of Tokyo on a whim. We ordered the fried chicken spicy curry and it was, in fact, quite tasty. Not on par with the glorious fried chicken we devoured with the opaque yellow chicken/pork chuka-ramen kotteri we repeated consumed at Karako ramen-ya in Kyoto, but it'll do :)

re: Servorg
Don't forget they have an attractive happy hour:
3 to 6 Monday-Friday:
Appetizers - $2 (includes a fried chicken item {maybe they'd substitute the sauce?}).
Sake martinis - $2
Beers - $2 (12 oz. bottled., Sapporo I think). (*)http://www.hurrycurryoftokyo.com/
(*) Any place else on the westside you can a bottle of Sopporo for $2 ?
