Spanish Cheese: What are some good shops?

I will be making a spanish cheese platter this weekend and before I went driving all over town, I was wondering what cheese shops in either SF or Berkeley have the best selections. Also, if you have suggestions on what makes a good spanish cheese platter (marcona almonds, quince?) that would be much appreciated.

The Cheese Board in Berkeley and Farmstead in Oakland have good selections of Spanish cheeses.

Spanish Table has only vacuum-sealed chunks.

Farmstead Cheeses and Wines, in addition to having a good selection of Spanish cheeses, will have good ideas on how to put a cheese platter together (they also carry marcona almonds and other stuff to go with the cheeses). Two locations, one in Alameda, one in Montclair.

The Pasta Shop in the Fourth Street complex in Berkeley usually has a good selection.

Another thouht is adding some locally made Spanish-style cheses from Bodega & Yerba Santa Goat Cheese and see how they compare. They sell at the Sat Ferry Plaza market

Are they Spanish or Latin American? Not really the same thing.

I like Grazalema Payoyo and bought some at Cheese Board Berkeley.

In San Francisco proper, Rainbow Grocery has the best selection of Spanish cheeses I have encountered. They take good care of the cheeses and have containers of membrillo right there in the cooler, marconas nearby. Honey and olives would also be good for the plate, depending on which cheeses you choose.

Thank you everyone! I went to Rainbow and yes they do have a great selection of spanish cheeses and as always, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Also picked up membrillo and anise flavored tortas to go with.
