Tacos or burritos? Sounds like you want tacos. Both are good. La Taqueria uses big chunks of breast meat in their tacos, and they're heartier than most. Their pot beans are classic Mission style. Guacamole makes it pricier but, it's fresh, and chunky. Guadalajara is notable for it's crispy fried pork tacos, which makes for a good greasy bargain meal. None of the other elements stand out, and the sour cream can be watery, but all and all very good. Both are more decadent heavier style tacos.

they're pretty different, but both good. Taqueria Guadalajara will give you the thickest burrito ever for not very much, and it's pretty good, but the meat can be tough.
La Taqueria will give you a small expensive burrito with extra for all the ala carte add-ons, but everythign is extremely high-quality and arguably the best burrito in the city.
