Eglinton West, Pearson, Etobicoke along the 427 for Business Lunch
Hi Everyone, have searched and most of the suggestions are from 3 years ago or older. Anyone have a good suggestion for a business lunch out this way that requires some finanacial restraint?
Via Allegro has been suggested as a reasonable Lunch (as opposed to their more pricey dinner) but without having a menu online don't want to have to crawl back to my bosses with a big bill in hand.
As I'm not sure of client's taste I want to stay away from anything too ethnic etc just in cases they have a less refined western palate.
Looking for something under $40 with tax and tip per person without booze

There's a bunch of restaurants on eglinton between Renforth and Dixie.
Or, try Dixon & Carlingview (generic places like Kelseys etc.)
i got taken to moxie's for a business lunch ... near the airport off of dixon. it was okay ... a step up from kelseys.
Would you be willing to do Brown's Line and Lakeshore (the south end of 427?) I would recommend two places there- although not sure if they are open every day for lunch.
West 39th Bistro and Pulcinella.
Other suggestions are Prince Japanese Steakhouse on Eg. West near the Planet Bowl.
If you were to do the Dixon & Carlingview I personally think the Canyon Creek is best of the chains and the nicest looking (waterfalls and stone facade)
If you were willing to do Bloor West lots of suggstions.
Also off 427 on Dundas (east of 427) is my favourite Thai Place- Taste of Thailand. Great food and very clean. Service amazing. Small spot across from Cdn Tire near Kipling Stn. Share a pkg lot with the "adults only store"
Someone also told me the Pho place in the Six Points Plaza at Dundas and Kipling was very good and hip inside?
Hope this helps.

-1 for Milestones, I hate Milestones.. Why not just do the Keg or Canyon Creek on Dixon? Those are around $40 per person as long as nobody goes nuts with what they order
