Peddler's Bar and Bistro - Anyone Been?

One of my colleagues went to Peddler's Bar and Bistro over the weekend. Doesn't sound very hound worthy based on early reviews though I must admit the outdoor deck and dining is appealing. . . Maybe they need a little time to get the newbie kinks out.

No food for hounds. Mostly bar food. Place is packed with lousy service. Mainly a pick up joint.
