A recent wedding expo full of cruddy stuffed mushroom caps had me wondering; where's the best stuffed mushroom caps in Los Angeles?

Sabatino's in Newport Beach stuffed with their amazing sausage.

A completely different style are the baked crab stuffed mushrooms from Sushi Ichiban Kan and HIrosuke (which was previously owned by the same chef). The mushrooms are big and the "stuffing" is surimi mixed with Japonese mayonaise and baked.
