I was recently gifted some ramon flour. I've never used this before and would love to hear what others have done with it.
I'm thinking I might play with my whole grain bread recipe and try some of this in it. Am unsure how to try and use it in other applications though - am thinking maybe some whole wheat quick breads.
Any tried and true applications?
